Charlotte Knapp has been a resident of the Town of Rochester her entire life and is a graduate of Rondout Valley High School.
Charlotte is the office manager and general distribution program director of the Rondout Valley Food Pantry and sits on their board. The pantry serves families in need within our school district.

Charlotte oversees the day-to-day operations of the food pantry. She works directly with families to determine their needs. She has built extensive connections throughout the community and has worked with multiple county and state entities as part of Ulster County’s Project Resilience Program. Charlotte is passionate about making sure her neighbors feel comfortable asking for help and resources in a time of need—something that has increased dramatically as a result of the pandemic.
