Local elections matter. Don't sit on the sidelines!
The Rochester Democratic Committee screened and extensively interviewed a number of candidates in deciding whom to endorse for this year’s elections. Three of these endorsed candidates are being challenged in the June 22 primary—our Town Supervisor candidate and our Town Board candidates. We believe that our three endorsed candidates are the ones best qualified to represent us in the November election and to lead our town forward. SELECT OUR ENDORSED CANDIDATES FOR THE DEMOCRATIC BALLOT LINE Vote in the Primary Election |

Increase applications for grant funding from state and federal agencies ✔ Expand our senior, youth, and recreation programs ✔ Market the town’s strengths for tourism, small business, and agriculture growth ✔ Continue to modernize our infrastructure: building and grounds, IT services, roadways, bridges, and culverts |
Elect CHARLOTTE KNAPP
for Town Board ✔ Focus on housing needs, so our workforce can continue living in the communities they serve ✔ Encourage business growth that creates jobs, enhances our town, and eases our tax burden ✔ Modernize town communications to create greater engagement, especially for our younger residents ✔ Unify the town by representing all citizens |
Elect MICHAEL COLEMAN
for Town Board ✔ Develop longlasting community support networks. ✔ Encourage sustainable residential and commercial development that protects farmland and wild areas ✔ Revive the hamlet of Accord and the 209 corridor by supporting local business development ✔ Create events where longtime residents and new arrivals can meet one another and discuss local issues |
